ABV: 7.2% IBU:75 Plus dry hop
We used Chinook, Aramis, Saphir, and Mosaic hop on boil and we heavily dry hoped with Chinook and Mosaic. The hops are citric with some tropical fruit and grassy notes. it is nice and dry.

This Beer have aroma of tropical and dark fruit from Cashew Fruit. It is a light and smooth beer with a slight grainy flavor from the wheat, dry crisp finish with a touch of flavor from the Mosaic and a light tart from the Cashew Fruit.
